Sautéed Garlic Shrimp with Grilled Veggies
Ingredients
- Wild shrimp
- Butter
- Olive Oil to coat veggies
- Garlic powder
- Pepper
- Veggies to grill - we use: red bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini
Directions
Pick your favorite veggies to grill. Slice up and toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil. Toss to coat and throw on the grill until desired softness is achieved.
For shrimp, melt butter in a sauce pan with garlic, salt and peper. Add defrosted or fresh shrimp and cook until no longer see through. Serve with extra sauce poured over.
