BBQ Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- Lamb Chops
- Andy's spice rub - you can get it on Amazon, or your favorite spice rub
Directions
- Cut sinew and any extra fat from each chop.
- Place rub of your choice( I like Andy’s Rub) and rub it into all surfaces of chop.
- Let stand at room temperature for about one hour.
- Place chops ( I usually cook 2 per person) on pre heated(medium) grill and close top.
- Turn chops over after five minutes and close lid again
- Repeat turning chops until they are done to your taste, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with mixed greens and enjoy!
