Bacon, Parmesan and Truffle Salt Popcorn
Great for a Halloween Party or any movie night!
- 4 strips bacon
- ¼ C popcorn kernels
- ½ shredded or grated parmesan
- 1 T truffle salt
Cook the bacon in a deep pot until crisp
Remove the bacon and cook the popcorn in the remaining oil.
Finely chop the bacon and add to the popcorn.
Add the parmesan cheese and truffle salt. Mix well.
