Ahi Tuna Avocado Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- ½ pound sushi grade Ahi Tuna, cut into half inch pieces
- 1 avocado, sliced and cut into ½ pieces
- Soy sauce to taste
- Wasabi sauce to taste
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Lime wedges
- Lettuce for wraps, lettuce wraps can be romaine or iceberg for a nice lunch serving, or endive or smaller romaine for appetizers
Directions
- Mix first five ingredients together
- Fill lettuce wraps and garnish with black sesame seeds and lime wedges.
