Our dry Rosé sparkling wine consists of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in our Carneros estate vineyards. This beautiful pale salmon colored Rosé offers a mouthwatering nose of strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and a hint of custard. It is filled with flavors of bright cherry, raspberry, and tart plum and delectable acidity provides an elegant finish. This sparkling wine pairs well with wide range of dishes such as fish, shellfish, and brie.
