With Memorial Day on the way, we figured you could use a few BBQ recipes.  This is a favorite from our Wine Club recipe archive we’ve brought back to share on the blog.  While warm weather and the kickoff of summer traditionally means drinking a nice, chilly white wine, this particular recipe sings when paired with our Larson Family Malbec.

This dinner is a family favorite! With a quick hands-on prep, you let the oven do the work.  The combination of beef, peppers, and spices makes this a sure-fire combo with our Millerick Road Pinot Noir.
