Rates:
Nightly rate for up to 4 people: $350
Nightly rate for 5 to 7 people: $450
Each additional person over 7 $25/night
2 night minimum required on all bookings
Holidays require three night minimum

Add 9% transit occupancy tax on above rate.

Your reservation may be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Smoking permitted outside only.
Pets by arrangement, plus fee
Children always welcome
Absolutely no parties unless a prior written agreement is approved by both owner and guest
Check-in 4pm, or by arrangement.
Check-out 11am.

Cancellation Policy:
We require a 14 day notice on all cancellations as we are a small facility and turn away others in order to accomodate a reservation. We also reserve the right to charge for an entire reservation if it is cancelled less than two weeks from the arrival date. Late cancellations may receive a credit only if the room is re-booked.

Guest is liable for any damages incurred to/on the property for the duration of their stay.
